3 Bedroom House in Camp Ellis, Saco

Come listen to the wave.
3 bedrooms ocean front home. Raised 2 family located on a dead end street at the waters edge. The elevated first floor is entirely yours and you have your own entrances, wrap around deck, and your own drive way that can accommodate up to 3 cars. Two bedrooms each with full sized beds and the third bedroom with 2 twin beds, all with heat. We have a queen size sleep sofa in the living room and full bath, fully equipped kitchen, Living room has a flat screen TV, games and books.
Outside our wrap around deck is fully furnished with views everywhere. Eat dinner on the front porch facing the ocean or have your morning coffee on the back deck facing the mouth of the Saco River.
Thursdays during the summer, you can watch the fireworks in Old 0rchard Beach from your front deck with out the crowds.
We provide pillows and blankets but you must bring your own linens and towels.
In the yard there is a fire pit surrounded with seating. A gas grill, picnic table, and off street parking for 3 cars.
Because the house is elevated if you decide to bring your bikes you can store them under there.
This location is great for the day trippers. 45 minutes south of us is the Kittery Outlets and 45 minutes north is Freeport for more shopping if that is your thing. Old Orchard Beach is 3 miles down the road, close enough to visit but far enough away from the crowds. Kennebunkport is about 20 minutes way and my favorite, the Portland waterfront is also about 20 minutes away.
Walk on access to the beach. Located in our fishing village is Huots restaurant, a general store, and of course a lobster pound. See Tom’s lobster pound, caught that morning sold that afternoon. Nothing fresher.
This home has been in our family for over 50 years and is our pride and joy so all we ask is you treat it like it was your own. Leave the house in the exact condition you find it which is always neat, clean and orderly and unlike others we will refund the cleaning fee. We provide the cleaning supplies.
Top floor is our private residence where we visit primarily on the weekends. We have our own decks, entrances and parking so privacy is never an issue.. Pets considered for an additional fee.

Summary: The property was right next to the sea as i had hoped. It was snug but had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. They even provided a blender to make drinks! The hosts were lovely! They were on property the whole time we were there but other than checking in to see how things were going a couple of times we couldnt even tell they were there. And we were glad they did too. On the first checkin we had just discovered the blender was broken and they replaced it quickly. The only issue i had was with the vrbo app itself as i was not able to communicate with the host through it.

Summary: Kellie is a wonderful host. She is informative, responsive and a pleasure to chat with. The home is perfectly appointed with all you will need! AND comfortable beds which is rare! The location is perfect for going to the beach, biking, walking, water sports or just sitting on one of two porches and relaxing! I highly recommend this beach gem! We hope to return soon!

Summary: The perfect property for a relaxing stay on the Maine coast. Close to everything, yet tucked away at the end of a quiet stretch of beach. Saco is a pleasant, small town that feels like a real, old-fashioned neighborhood. Enjoy 360-degree views all day long from the wrap-around porch. Booking is super easy, convenient and the owner is readily available and extremely helpful. What's not to love?

Summary: Its impossible to write enough positives about our experience with Kellie and Tim and this property. It was easy to rent, amazing to stay in - in every way - and easy to turn back over. Kellie is as nice and as conscientious a renter as any vacationer could hope for and the rental is exactly as they show it - comfy, well-laid-out and in a PERFECT spot. Our family spent a week there swimming, lounging on the deck, grilling food, sitting around the fire pit and loving the views. There were zero hassles at any point and the communication back and forth was easy and flawless. The next time we go back to Maine we are going to start by seeing if this rental is available and we recommend you do too! Thanks to Kellie and Tim for memories of a lifetime!

Summary: We stayed two nights here during our road trip through the North East and we really enjoyed staying here. First of all, the view is amazing as you are right on the rocks at waters edge. The house was very clean and comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed. Kellie is an excellent host and she was always available for any questions we had. Summary: Kellie Ann's Breakwater provided a clean, comfortable and peaceful place to take the vacation we all dreamed it would be! R & R, beach time, and cooking 5 star meals every night! All the comforts of home. Sunrises are breathtaking and the ocean view is outstanding! We couldn't have had a better time! Thank you Kellie for sharing your family home and stories with us! We highly recommend Kellie Ann's Breakwater for a vacation destination. What ever your into, it's right around the corner! We just chose to enjoy the peace and each others company! Summary: We couldn't ask for a better place to vacation. Kellie and Tim provide the perfect beach location. The views are amazing, the house cozy, clean and comfortable. But the porch is my absolute favorite spot to be for the breathtaking sunrises and the cool ocean breeze. I have spent many lazy days reading there and many evenings enjoying a glass of wine. We look forward to many more years at Kellie Ann's Breakwater!!
